OT - Therapy Rehab
Job Details:
• 13-week assignment with 30 hours guaranteed per week
• Part-time position requiring immediate start
• Provide occupational therapy services in post-acute care setting
• Work with patients in rehabilitation and recovery phase of care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
