ICU Registered Nurse Job in Hazleton, PA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at LVH – Hazleton, caring for adult and geriatric patients, with the majority aged 50 and older. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 91-day duration, starting August 3, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,384.64.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient care with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1
• Provide care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support
• Work on a self-scheduling unit
• Float as needed to support unit operations
• Work every other weekend

Required Clinical Skills

• Management of dysrhythmias and cardiac monitoring
• Arterial line and central line care and management
• Titration of cardiac drips and vasoactive drips
• BiPAP and CPAP management
• Care of ventilated patients and suctioning (ETT, NT)
• Isolation precautions and proper PPE use

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania or Compact nursing license, in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIH certification
• EPIC charting system experience
• Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is preferred
