ED RN Job in Lonetree, CO

Join HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge as an RN in the Emergency Department. This 91-day travel assignment runs on 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), starting October 12, 2026. You'll earn $1,839.60 weekly.

Role Overview

You'll work in a 27-bed Level II trauma ED certified as a chest pain center and thrombectomy-capable stroke center. Patient ratios are 4:1 with a charge nurse who does not carry patient assignments. The ED operates at high volume with a 30% admit rate, 20% ESI 2 patient volume, and 28% EMS rate, with less than 10% low acuity patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procedural sedation using Propofol, Etomidate, and Ketamine
• Provide comprehensive psych and at-risk patient care with close safety monitoring
• Anticipate next steps in patient plans of care and engage proactively
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year current ED hospital experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (PALS accepted in lieu of ENPC)
• CPI Blue Card certification

Preferred Qualifications

• CEN certification
• Meditech (DOS platform) experience
• Background in high-volume ED settings
