RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• 13-week travel assignment
• Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required
• Scrub color: Navy blue
• Staffing ratio: 1:12
• Average daily census of 12 patients
• Short-term skilled nursing unit with an average patient length of stay of 14 days
• Patient diagnoses include fractures, joint replacement, wound care, and weakness
• Required skills: PICC management, IV starts, CPAP, surgical wounds with drains, wound vac, and PPE
• Additional skills: Acute inpatient rehab, CVA (cerebrovascular accident), feeding tube care and management, PEG tube feeding and management, and thickened liquids
• EMR system: Meditech Expanse
• Community hospital experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and are not eligible
