Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend requirement: 1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• Call requirements: one overnight call shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM for Trauma call; if assigned to a specialty team (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho), call will be scheduled per specialty team rules
• Minimum 3 years of Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Must be competent in Robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomys, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomys, Cystectomys, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopys, and Ureteroscopys
• Required skillset includes General, GU/GYN, Ortho Trauma, Ortho Joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular procedures
• Must be comfortable treating patients across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Equipment used includes Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• EMR system: Epic
• CNOR certification preferred
• Teal scrubs are issued by the facility
