Emergency Room RN Job in Granbury, TX

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 20, 2026, offering stable mid-shift hours and competitive weekly pay of $2,161.

Role Overview

You will work mid shifts from 2:45 PM to 3:15 AM with a patient ratio of 4:1 in a 10-room, 19 bed/chair emergency department. There are no on-call responsibilities and no floating to other units, allowing you to focus entirely on emergency care.

Clinical Requirements

You must have a minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience with demonstrated competency in trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases. Current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification (AHA or ARC) are required.

Facility Details

The facility uses the Medhost EMR system. Staff wear royal blue scrubs.

Assignment Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Travel experience preferred
