Job Details:

• Work night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week
• Two on-call shifts required every six weeks
• Holiday and on-call availability required
• Position covers the Granby, CO Emergency Department
• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
• Utilize accepted standards and protocols including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN
• Responsible for achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of clinical pathways
• Trauma Level IV facility experience preferred
• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience preferred
• All time-off requests must be disclosed during the submission and interview process
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, CEN
