Opportunity:

RN - IR

Job Details:

• 24-week contract working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• No call, no weekends, and no holidays required
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 1:1 patient ratios
• 2 years of nursing experience required; candidates with strong IV skills and less than 2 years may be considered
• Basic nursing skills required; acute care experience preferred
• Must be proficient in starting peripheral IVs and accessing ports
• Experience with IV infusion pumps, PICC line care and maintenance, and implanted port care and maintenance required
• No sedation experience required
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, and interpretation services
• Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
• Scrub color: Navy
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Up to 2 requests for time off allowed, not to exceed 40 hours (5 days) total during the contract
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
