Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics Job in Frederick, MD

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, Maryland. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 4, 2026, working three 12-hour day shifts per week at $1,828 weekly.

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat post-operative orthopedic patients, including total joint replacements, neck and back pain, spine rehabilitation, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Deliver evidence-based one-on-one care using manual therapy techniques when appropriate
• Educate patients and families throughout the care process
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
• Collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team
• Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• American Heart Association BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy experience
