Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Baltimore, MD

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at MedStar Health Physical Therapy at South Baltimore. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Five 8-hour shifts per week, days only
• Flexible start and end times
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,173
• Pre-approved time off available

Your Role

You'll provide general outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. Your caseload will include both non-surgical and post-operative patients, averaging 11 visits per day. You'll perform orthopedic assessments and treatments including extremity and spinal mobilization, gait training, and therapeutic modalities such as E-stim, TENS, moist heat, and cryotherapy.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience with total hip and knee replacements
• Post-operative care for shoulder and spinal surgery patients
• Knowledge of a variety of orthopedic diagnoses
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems
• Current BLS certification
