ED RN Job in Sunnyvale, TX

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Baylor Scott and White Hospital Sunnyvale, providing direct patient care on a rotating night shift schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate delegation of care tasks
• Maintain high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for all patients
• Uphold competency standards and clinical best practices
• Manage resources effectively to support patient care delivery
• Support unit-level operations and clinical oversight as needed
