Telemetry RN Job in Statesboro, GA

You will work the night shift as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA. This is a 13-week travel contract starting October 19, 2026, with a weekly pay of $1,955.

Shift Details

• 3x12 night shifts: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday shifts required
• No on-call duties
• Schedule varies based on unit needs

Your Role

You will float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry departments only. You will care for 6–7 patients with PCT support covering 14 patients total. The 35-bed unit serves Med Surg, Remote Telemetry, Ortho, Post-op, CHF, and Respiratory patients with a monthly volume of 810.

Your responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care through the nursing process. You will direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices, collaborate with other professional disciplines, and administer medications using bedside scanning.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• Minimum 2 completed travel assignments
• Recent Cerner (EMR) charting experience required
• BLS certification required

What to Expect

You will work with Med Surg patients and provide remote telemetry monitoring. The unit is fast-paced and collaborative. Wear navy blue scrubs. No guaranteed 48-hour weekly minimums and no blocked scheduling are approved.
