Telemetry RN Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning October 18, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Unit Size: 32-bed unit
• Patient Population: Adult and older adult
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to trauma patients
• Administer Heparin drips and acute medications as ordered
• Operate specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment
• Document care in the EPIC EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Documented med/surg and telemetry experience
• Completed skills checklist
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Badge-appropriate photo

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation background
• Prior NICHE training

Important Information

• No time off requests permitted during assignment
• Mandatory holiday coverage required: you must work either Thanksgiving Day or the day after Thanksgiving, and must also work either Christmas Eve and Christmas Day OR New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

Compensation

Weekly pay: $1,896
