PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend, working Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Holiday rotation required
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in CVPCU, Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery patients
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Active state RN licensure required
• Patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:4 on a 23-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit
• Work with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Care for CVPCU, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgery patients
• May be required to float to other stepdown/PCU units
• Scrub color required: Navy
