PCU Registered Nurse Job in Keene, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary position in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. This is a night shift role perfect for an experienced nurse ready to make a direct impact on patient care.

Position Details

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown
• Shift: 3x12 nights (36-hour guarantee per week)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,501
• Location: Keene, NH

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Participate in patient and family teaching initiatives
• Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and interdisciplinary care teams to maintain professional nursing standards
• Position will float to Kingsbury as needed
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (New Hampshire or Compact license)
• 2+ years of Med-Surg nursing experience
• Cardiac drip experience (must be noted on profile)
• Dementia experience and management skills
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Epic EMR experience required
• NIHSS certification strongly preferred

• Personal vehicle required—this is a small community without public transportation
• Professional scrubs required (no logos); scrubs provided by traveler
• Block scheduling will not be accommodated
• Maximum 5 days RTO accepted; RTO for Halloween (October 31) will not be approved
• All scheduling requests must be submitted at time of application; requests after offer may result in offer rescission
