ED RN Job in Oakland, MD

WVU Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Emergency Department. This is a travel nursing position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in an acute care setting.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts with weekends as scheduled
• Contract Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: August 5, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,330

Your Responsibilities:

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment, utilizing the EPIC charting system for all documentation. Your clinical judgment and ability to prioritize will be essential as you manage acute patient needs.

Requirements:

• Valid RN nursing license (required for submission)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• NIHSS certification
• PALS certification
• Unexpired driver's license (copy must be provided at submission)
• Ability to reside within 50-mile radius of facility
• BSN degree is not required
