ED RN Job in Denton, TX

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Medical City Denton, a 24-bed state-of-the-art facility. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12 night shifts: 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,132
• On-call requirements apply

Role Expectations

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Floating to other units as needed
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Minimum 2+ years of emergency room specialty experience required
• HCA experience required

Required Credentials and Licenses

• Active RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Current NIH, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• PALS or ENPC
• TNCC

Facility and Appearance Standards

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Clean and healthy nails only; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nail enhancements
• Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer; no extreme styles or colors
• Body art must be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
