PACU RN Job in Canton, GA

Northside Hospital Cherokee is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). You will provide direct patient care in the immediate postoperative period, monitoring recovery from anesthesia and managing acute patient needs in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Position Details

• Location: Canton, Georgia
• Facility: Northside Hospital Cherokee
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Shift Length: 5x8 hour days
• Assignment Duration: 89 days
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $1,982.39

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience required
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Must work 2 major holidays from the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Must work 1 minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
• Travel candidates only; no local candidates within 50 miles will be considered
