Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts with no blocked scheduling
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week (36-hour weeks will not be accepted)
• Every other weekend and holiday required unless time off is approved
• 8-week contract length
• Float throughout all in-patient Med Surg/Tele units and may be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
• General Med/Tele skillset required
• 340-bed Level II Trauma Center with patient ratio of 1:6 and 15-45 beds depending on unit
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in specialty required
• Must have Level I or Level II Trauma experience
• Charting experience in Care View/EPIC preferred; on-site training available
• Required certifications: KY/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS
• EKG test required for all RNs to be completed during the compliance process
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: Black
• 75-mile radius rule applies
