PCU Registered Nurse Job in Fort Myers, FL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 92-day travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. You will work 3x12 night shifts and earn $2,272 weekly.

Role Overview

Your home base will be the Medical Surgical Telemetry Floor (6E General Surgery MS/Tele). Floating is required, including to other Medical Surgical units, PCU, ED Hold areas, and sister campuses as needed. Travelers are prioritized for float assignments. You will care for patients with a 4 to 6:1 RN ratio and will use the Epic EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree or current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience mixed with Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Degree accreditation or 5 years of clinical experience
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred

Assignment Details

Start date: January 15, 2027. Duration: 92 days. Shift: 3x12 nights. All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application. Dress code is Galaxy Blue or White scrubs. No local candidates are accepted; the 50-mile radius rule is enforced.
