ICU RN Job in Plano, TX

Opportunity:

RN - Trauma ICU

Job Details:

• Work in a Burn Trauma ICU setting on the 3rd floor of the C Tower
• Patient ratios of 2:1 for ICU and 4:1 for PCU
• 2 weekend shifts required per pay period
• Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any PCU unit as needed
• Scrub color required: Royal Blue
• Work with critical care equipment, Burn ICU and Trauma ICU technology
• EMR system: Meditech
• Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU experience required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills required
• BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Typical procedures include wound care, codes, EVDs, and massive transfusion protocols (MTP)
• Must demonstrate a team-based approach and willingness to assist others
