ICU RN Job in Green Bay, WI

Bellin Hospital in Green Bay is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its 22-bed Intensive Care Unit. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with guaranteed 36–48 hours weekly. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Unit Overview

The ICU treats a range of critical cases including sepsis, respiratory failure, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), general surgery, vascular, and cardiac patients. Patient ratios are acuity-dependent: 1:1 for highest acuity cases, otherwise 1:2. You will have primary placement in the ICU with possible float to Med-Surg units as clinical needs arise.

Scheduling

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Flexibility as needed beyond the guaranteed minimum hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience
• Active RN or Compact license
• AHA BLS certification
• NIHSS certification (preferred at submission; must be completed before end of orientation)
• Epic charting experience within the past 2 years
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Compensation & Details
