Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Manage and oversee unit-level responsibilities and patient care coordination
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards are maintained
• Evaluate and support competency of clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for assigned patients
