ED RN Job in Hilo, HI

Hilo Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for its Emergency Department. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning December 14, 2026.

Position Details

• Work 3 shifts per week on a 12-hour day schedule (36 hours weekly)
• No guaranteed hours
• Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover in a team-oriented setting

Facility Overview

You will work in a 28-bed emergency department equipped with 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms.

Required Qualifications

• Current Hawaii RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Procedural Sedation certification
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC)

Compensation

You will receive $2,111 per week.
