CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour day shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Holiday rotation required
• No on-call required
• Floating required; will rotate through all buildings as needed to meet facility needs
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• Daily caseload of approximately 60 exams; varies per shift and location
• Primarily cardiac exams (approximately 75% cardiac), along with routine studies and stroke patients
• Perform a variety of CT studies including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular, musculoskeletal, and coronary CTA
• Preferred procedures include biopsies, drainages, and vascular studies
• Operate Siemens Naeotom Alpha Photon Counting (Somaris 10) and Siemens X.Cite (Somaris 10) equipment
• Charting system: Epic (experience required)
• Scrub color: Teal top and black bottom
• Parking available; nights and weekends require a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred; 6 months of Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Siemens experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT(R)(CT), and SCRQSA(R)(CT)
• South Carolina license must be in hand at time of start; pending licenses are not accepted
• Agency must supply radiation badge; facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers
• Must attend all mandatory staff meetings
