Med Surg RN Job in Denver, CO

You will work as an RN in a 42-bed rehabilitation unit at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's Rehabilitation, part of Spalding Rehabilitation. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $1,840

Unit Details

• Located on the 6th floor
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 to 6:1
• Work with 1 charge nurse and 2–3 CNAs per shift

Responsibilities

• IV insertion and management
• Foley catheterization
• Post-void residuals (PVRs)
• Bladder and bowel programs
• EKG monitoring
• Blood glucose monitoring
• Vital sign monitoring using Welch Allyn equipment
• Documentation in Meditech EMR system

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation and/or medical-surgical acute care RN experience
• BLS certification required
• CRRN certification preferred
• Prior rehabilitation RN experience at a freestanding center preferred
• FIM certification required upon hire
• Rehabilitation-specific training required upon hire
