Physical Therapist Job in San Ramon, CA

You will provide physical therapy services in a home health setting across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Your assigned county territory includes Area #8 (Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington) and either Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) or Area #7 (Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville). Additional travel outside your assigned area may be required, and weekend coverage may be necessary.

Work Options

You can choose between a guarantee or non-guarantee arrangement. Under the guarantee option, you commit to a minimum of 27 points per week with 36 hours guaranteed. This requires willingness to travel outside the service area or work weekends to maintain weekly visit expectations. The guarantee does not apply during the first and last week of your assignment, weeks with holidays, or weeks with approved time off.

The non-guarantee option allows you to refuse patients with no guaranteed hours, and you are paid on a per-visit basis.

Visit Types and Points

• OASIS ReCertification, OASIS RoC, Routine, Eval, Discharge, and related visit types: 1 point (1.33 hours)
• OASIS SoC: 1.5 points (2 hours)

Your weekly pay is all-inclusive and covers drive and travel time, visit time, documentation time, and time spent making phone calls to patients and doctors.
