CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Night shift schedule: Thursday through Saturday, with shift times of 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM, or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Guaranteed hours up to 40 hours per week
• On-call required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Work setting includes outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and adult ICU
• Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CT arthrography, myelography, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Perform procedures including biopsies, drainages, and aspirations
• Operate GE equipment; Toshiba experience preferred
• Strong trauma experience required, including Level I and Level II trauma
• General skills required include IV starts and contrast administration
• 3D rendering skills required including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Experience with PACS preferred; Cerner charting system experience required
• Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Cultural sensitivity to the Alaska Native population is required
• Scrub color: any color or pattern
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), ARRT Advanced Certification
• ARRT Advanced Certification is a hard stop requirement
