Job Details:

• Rotating day, evening, and night shift schedules required
• Weekend, holiday, on-call, callback, and charge shifts per unit needs
• 48 hours per week strongly preferred
• Provide family-centered emergency care to pediatric patients under the age of 19
• Work in a fast-paced Level 1 pediatric trauma and burn center environment
• Care for patients ranging from treat-and-release cases to acute critical care and trauma
• Work across 18 general care beds, 1 critical care bed, 4 urgent care beds, and a shared 7-bed trauma bay
• 2 years of pediatric ED experience required
• Burn care experience highly desirable
• New York RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, ATCN, ABLS
