ICU RN Job in Woodruff, WI

Howard Young Medical Center is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 91-day travel assignment in Woodruff, WI. You'll work 3x12 rotating shifts with a weekly pay rate of $2,223.29, starting October 19, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide skilled nursing care in the ICU setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes. Your primary location will be maintained as best as able, though you may be asked to float to other North Region locations within a 40-mile radius, approximately 30 minutes apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU environment
• Monitor and respond to patient status changes
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
• Float to other divisional locations when staffing needs require

Requirements

• Strong ICU and PCU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Wisconsin RN license or compact state license

Floating Details

Shifts will primarily be scheduled in advance. Same-day floating may occur based on patient volumes and census within the division. Advance notice will be provided for any floating to other locations to allow time for notification and travel arrangements. Floating may occur frequently based on divisional staffing needs at time of hire.
