ICU RN Job in San Antonio, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Luke's Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 19:00 to 07:30, earning $1,986 weekly. This role begins July 13, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Maintain standards of care within the ICU environment

About You

You hold a current RN license and have experience in intensive care settings. You are comfortable managing complex patient assignments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and operating within established clinical protocols.
