Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in a skilled nursing facility setting providing physical therapy services<br>• Preferred schedule options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday<br>• Evaluate and treat SNF patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence<br>• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans<br>• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members<br>• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards<br>• Active California PT License required<br>• SNF experience preferred (mentorship available for 0-1 years experience)<br>• Strong documentation and time-management skills required<br>• Flexible and collaborative mindset essential<br>• Position may require floating to sister facility within walking distance</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This is a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility that provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients requiring post-acute care.
