Physical Therapist Job in Cumming, GA

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at BMPT-West Forsyth in Cumming, Georgia. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, with a 5x8 day shift schedule.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• See 12–14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard workflow
• Work within an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy environment
• No floating to other clinic locations

Schedule and Compensation

• 36 hours guaranteed per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Weekly pay: $2,152
• Any overtime must be approved by the director in advance

Candidate Profile

• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required
