ED RN Job in La Porte, IN

Northwest Health - La Porte is seeking an RN for its Emergency Department. You'll work a day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, three days per week on a 13-week travel contract. This is a fast-paced rural emergency setting with 23 beds, where you'll manage a patient ratio of approximately 4 or 5:1.

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed 72 bi-weekly hours
• Weekly pay: $1,940
• No on-call requirements
• Two-week cancellation option with no penalty
• Block scheduling not available
• Holidays blacked out dependent on facility need
• No approved time off during contract duration
• May float to Starke Hospital ED as needed

Requirements:

• Current Indiana RN licensure
• 1–2 years of emergency department experience
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and De-Escalation Training certifications
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
• Navy blue scrubs required
