Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Wear navy blue scrubs as required by facility dress code
