Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Bryan, TX

CHI St Joseph Regional Health Care Center in Bryan, TX is seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) for its Cardiac Cath Lab. This is an 84-week travel assignment beginning September 8, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,741.

Schedule and Responsibilities

• Work 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call requirement of approximately 10–11 days per month (including one weekend day) with a 30-minute response time
• Float between two campuses in Bryan and College Station, TX, with Bryan as your home base
• Circulate and monitor cases in a facility running primarily three cath lab rooms with 5–15 cases per day

Clinical Duties

• Perform cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and traumatic embolization patient care
• Handle EP cases including ICDs, pacemakers, and ablations (A-Flutter, SVT, A-Fib)
• Work as part of a three-person team per case: circulating RN, scrub tech, and monitor staff
• Utilize GE MacLab/Combo Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring System with cross-training to monitor cases
• Chart using MEDITECH system

Requirements and Qualifications

• RN (BSN not required)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Pre- or post-op experience preferred
• IR experience including emergent stroke cases is helpful

CHI St Joseph Regional Health Care Center is a Level 3 Trauma facility providing acute care services. Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks.
