PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work on the 5 West Neuro PCU unit located on the 5th floor of Tower A
• Charge experience required
• Patient ratio of 4-5:1
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses (RN or LVN), 2 PCTs, and 1 HUC
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses (RN or LVN), and 2 PCTs
• PCU skill competency required
• Neuro competency preferred
• Utilize Meditech EMR system
• Nurses required to wear Royal Blue scrubs; PCTs wear Maroon scrubs
• Rotating weekend schedule required
• Float to all PCU and Med/Surg units as needed
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
