Opportunity:

RN - CICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Located on the 3rd floor of the main building
• 16-bed Cardiac ICU unit
• Patient ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients
• Work alongside 1 CNC/Charge RN, 8 RNs, and 1 PCT per shift
• Utilize equipment including cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan catheters
• Document using Meditech EMR system
• Perform and assist with procedures including intubations and central line placement
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
• Experience with neuro population and medical ICU population preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Must be collaborative and a team player with a strong focus on patient care
