Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• 13-week contract
• 12-hour variable shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Primary location on inpatient rehab unit with 12 beds
• Patient ratios: 1:4-1:6 PM and 1:8 nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, taken in hour increments as needed
• Minimum 1 year of medical surgical rehab experience preferred, or medical/surgical background accepted
• Inpatient hospital setting experience required (STAC)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Rehab knowledge required
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability to change, and social skills preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
