Med Surg RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Join Cleveland Medical Center as a Med Surg RN providing direct patient care on a 24-bed unit. You will work the night shift (3x12) and care for medical and surgical adult inpatients, including orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and Level 1 trauma patients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and trauma patients
• Prioritize zero-harm initiatives, patient safety, and quality care delivery
• Manage effective pain management strategies to enhance patient experience
• Conduct proactive patient rounding and implement bedside hand-off procedures
• Monitor patients using Masimo technology and telemetry surveillance systems

Cleveland Medical Center is a Level I age-friendly facility with NICHE certification. The unit features 24 beds equipped with advanced surveillance and telemetry monitoring capabilities to support comprehensive patient care.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 12, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,187.90
