Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts with variable start times of 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 1:00 PM
• Rotating weekend coverage required with every other weekend worked
• Overtime support required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must have scrub and circulate experience
• Cardiac experience required along with hepatobiliary, robotic, spine, and ophthalmology services experience
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), CNOR
• Valid California RN licensure required
• Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing comprehensive patient assessment, nursing care plans, and patient education
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Develop and implement interdisciplinary plans of care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Maintain collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Work with specialty surgical services including cardiac, hepatobiliary, ophthalmology, general surgery, gynecology, ortho spine, neurosurgery, robotic surgery, ENT, oral, and pediatric procedures
• Operate specialized equipment including Da Vinci, Ion, Globus, cataract machine, vitrectomy machine, and Brainlab systems
• 40 orientation hours required
• Up to 2 pre-approved days off permitted
