Telemetry RN Job in Springfield, MO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Telemetry at Mercy Hospital Springfield. You'll work nights on a 32-bed medical and respiratory telemetry unit, providing direct patient care and monitoring.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40
• Duration: 13 weeks, starting April 17, 2026
• Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours weekly (flexible per submission)
• Weekend hours as required by facility; no call requirements
• Rotational float assignments

Clinical Environment

• Patient ratios: 1:6–1:7 on nights (ratios not guaranteed)
• Patient population: medical, medical telemetry, and respiratory patients
• Equipment: telemetry, lift devices, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps
• Electronic medical record: EPIC

Requirements

• Current RN license (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Minimum 1 year inpatient telemetry experience
• Competence in drug titration
• BLS certification from AHA (required)
• NIHSS certification (may obtain prior to start)
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift; you must be available the entire orientation week

• Standing and walking most of the time
• Bending, stooping, and lifting
• Turning patients with assistance
• Dress code: black scrubs only
