Description
<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Tele</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM<br>• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated on submission)<br>• 13-week assignment length<br>• Weekend hours as required by facility<br>• No call requirements<br>• Float requirements: will float on a rotational basis<br>• Auto-offer position with flexible guaranteed hours<br>• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week<br>• Current RN license required (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)<br>• Required certifications: BLS from AHA only, NIHSS (may obtain prior to start)<br>• Minimum 1 year telemetry experience required (inpatient only)<br>• Experience and competence in drug titration required<br>• Dress code: Black scrubs only<br>• Patient ratios vary: Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7 (ratios not guaranteed)<br>• Work with 32-bed unit treating medical, medical telemetry, and respiratory patients<br>• Equipment includes telemetry, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps<br>• Electronic medical record system: EPIC<br>• Must maintain professional accountability for patient care provision<br>• Physical demands include standing and walking most of the time, bending, stooping, lifting and turning patients with assistance</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility earned an A grade in The Leapfrog Group's Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grade and is known for its leading-edge healthcare combined with compassionate caregivers.
