ED RN Job in Conroe, TX

Join HCA Houston Conroe as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This 13-week travel assignment runs from September 28, 2026, on a 3x12 day schedule (11a–11p), with weekly pay of $1,708.20.

Role Overview

You will work in a 30-bed physical Emergency Department with 8 additional hall beds, managing a 1:4 patient ratio. Your responsibilities include NIH assessments, IV insertion and blood draws, moderate sedation administration, TNK administration, and continuous cardiac monitoring. You will use Meditech electronic medical records and operate equipment including Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP units, Belmont Rapid Infusers, and portable EKG machines.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• Every other weekend availability

Preferred Qualifications

• ENPC certification
