About this role

You will work as an RN in the Medical-Surgical unit at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO. This is an 88-week travel assignment with a start date of August 31, 2026. You will work the night shift, 3 days per week at 12 hours per shift, earning $2,358 weekly.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care to medical, oncology, and telemetry patients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
  • Formulating and implementing individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and medical directives
  • Providing direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of health care team activities
  • Reading and monitoring telemetry strips
  • Evaluating patient and family response to care and teaching, revising the plan of care as needed
  • Documenting assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record accurately and in a timely manner
  • Participating in unit and facility shared leadership to improve national nursing quality indicators and outcomes
  • Precept and mentoring other staff members as appropriate

You may be required to float to support the Loveland Campus or BFC as needed. You will work a varied schedule that includes every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation.

Requirements: Valid RN license with CO CAPS clearance. Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required. Minimum of one year of acute care hospital experience required, with acute care experience within the past 12 months. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently, and may be required to lift up to 75 pounds. Standard precautions for blood and bodily fluid exposure required. Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
