Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 3 x 12-hour shifts with variable days, mids, and nights
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float between multiple locations including Plover, Divine Savior, and Riverview as needed
• Support all patient care areas of the hospital including emergency department and general care areas
• Provide emergency services for Rapid Response and Code Blue situations
• Perform basic respiratory care, critical care, and ventilator management
• Conduct patient assessments using Assess and Treat Protocols
• Provide care for all age groups including NICU patients
• NICU experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with previous travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: Advanced NRP, AHA BLS, ACLS, NBRC RRT
• Active Wisconsin license required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Dress code: closed-toe shoes, scrubs (any color), clean appearance, no smoking or scents allowed, piercings per dress code policy
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, and socially engaging
