Respiratory Therapist Job in Waukesha, WI

ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital is recruiting a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work 12-hour PM and NOC shifts with variable start times, including 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, 2:30 PM–3:00 AM, and 6:30 PM–7:00 AM rotations. Every third weekend is required, along with holiday rotation coverage. There are no on-call or callback requirements.

Assignment Details:

• Location: ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital with float requirements to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and other units as needed
• Duration: 91 days, starting November 9, 2026
• Schedule: 3×12 nights, 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,658

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU experience required
• Comfortable working in critical care environments with emergency and critical care unit-specific skillset
• Current EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy
• Current WI RRT license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• RRT or CRT license

You will support patients across multiple care units, providing respiratory assessment, ventilator management, and airway care. This role requires flexibility to float between designated facilities and adapt to the changing needs of the critical care environment. Scrubs in any color are acceptable.
