Respiratory Therapist Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a travel assignment. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM with the option to flex to day shifts as needed. This is a 91-day assignment beginning November 9, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 36 guaranteed hours per week at $2,406 weekly pay
• 3x12 night shift rotation
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Holiday rotation as needed
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks

Role & Responsibilities

You will float between ThedaCare Neenah and ThedaCare Appleton with cross-training between both locations. Your duties include respiratory therapy evaluation and treatment, adult airway and ventilator management, and basic pediatric airway and ventilation support for the emergency department. You will cover multiple inpatient units including COVID, medical-surgical, and emergency departments.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Certificate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
• Minimum 2+ years of acute care experience preferred
• Current NBRC RRT certification and Wisconsin Licensure RRT
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Epic charting experience within the last year
• Critical care and emergency skillset required
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
