OR RN Job in Panama City, FL

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join the Operating Room team in Panama City, FL. This is a backfill travel position running for 91 days, starting July 20, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work as an OR nurse providing direct patient care in an 11-bed operating room unit. Your primary responsibility is circulating cases across multiple surgical specialties, including neuro, robotics, pediatrics, and orthopedics. You will maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and document all activities using the Meditech system.

Schedule & Compensation

This position offers 5 days per week at 10-hour shifts, running from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You will rotate weekends and have on-call requirements. Weekly pay is $2,336.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an OR circulator
• Demonstrated robotic surgery experience, specifically with Davinci Xi and Mako systems
• CNOR certification preferred

You will perform circulating duties across all surgical specialties offered at the facility. Your ability to work efficiently with robotic platforms and adapt to a fast-paced OR environment is essential. Navy blue scrubs are required for all nursing staff.
