Telemetry RN Job in San Antonio, TX

Join St. Luke's Baptist Hospital as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry unit for a 13-week contract assignment. You will deliver direct clinical care to assigned patients while monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs across your shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for patients on a per-shift basis
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to identify changes in patient status
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care tasks to nursing staff
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care aligned with unit standards
• Maintain clinical competency of staff and manage resources related to patient care
• Support unit-level clinical operations and accountability for patient outcomes

Schedule & Compensation:

• 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts (1900–0730)
• Weekly pay: $1,838
• Assignment begins October 26, 2026

You will work within a structured healthcare team environment, contributing to safe patient care and supporting the operational needs of the telemetry unit.
