CT Technologist Job in Aberdeen, WA

Grays Harbor Community Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join its Radiology Department on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 4x10 rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with 40 hours per week guaranteed at $3,066 weekly pay. Your assignment begins July 20, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform computerized tomography procedures, including invasive procedures, under the direction of the Radiology Manager and Radiologist
• Operate a Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice scanner and specialized imaging equipment
• Position and instruct patients and determine technical factors for exposure
• Ensure correct marking and labeling of all films
• Deliver safe, quality patient care consistently
• Respond to on-call requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiology
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Minimum two years of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills with accurate judgment and decision-making ability in radiology

Physical Requirements

This role requires moderate to heavy physical effort. You must be able to lift 40 pounds from floor to wheelchair or waist level, move 40 pounds six feet, reach overhead while holding 25 pounds, and pull 40 pounds from stretcher to bed. You must also be capable of pushing a 150-pound loaded stretcher 300 feet. Good stamina, flexibility, and manual dexterity are essential for operating delicate equipment and safely transporting patients and equipment using proper body mechanics.
